WARRANTY

We WARRANTY the Texas made furniture purchased from our Web Site for one year, excluding glass and mirror, to the original purchaser for private use.  Products for commercial use are guaranteed for 90 days. We will repair of replace, at our discretion, any item that fails to provide usability and/or functionality due to defects in materials or workmanship.  Email us at rwcatalog@aol.com describing any problem (we must have this in writing) with as complete a description as possible so that we can best determine if it requires an insurance claim, local repair, return or replacement. It is our belief that this furniture should be passed for generations and remain usable as well as functionally sound.  Such has been the tradition of past generations of true TEXAS MADE FURNITURE.

Offering Texas made rustic furniture since 1989 we have just past the turn of the century and we would anticipate this furniture lasting at least to the next.  We pride ourselves in construction and finish that will stand the test of time and age gracefully.  Our goal is to satisfy all those who look to purchase furniture with style from the past at a reasonable price and great value. We have been online since August of 2000 which is longer than any other rustic or western furniture site of which we are aware.

RETURN POLICY:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of our furniture shipped by common carrier, E-Mail us at: rwcatalog@aol.com to receive your return authorized shipping label.  You can return your purchase to our DeSoto showroom freight paid for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping & crating, for 30 days from the date you received it for any reason or for no reason. All items returned must be returned and insured in the original crating or similar protective packaging to protect them from damage in transit. Items arriving at our facility obviously damaged in transit will not be accepted and will require an insurance claim.  No refunds or exchanges for any special order items but they will still be covered by the same warranty as our regular line of furniture.  
Sorry no freight collect shipments are accepted.
No other terms or conditions are implied or offered other than the terms & conditions stated above and all claims must be submitted in writing.
